- Over-the-range microwave mechanical mounting with existing suitable cabinetry and power outlet
- Selected washer and dryer positioning and setup where hookups are ready and the work does not require a licensed trade
- Removal of the old appliance from its installation position as part of a replacement project, when feasible
Please note: I do not perform new wiring, electrical outlet installation, gas connections, plumbing modifications, or appliance hauling/disposal. Projects requiring licensed electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work must be handled by qualified licensed professionals.

when existing cabinetry and a compliant power outlet are already in place. More complex ventilation or mounting is assessed separately, and work outside licensing cannot be performed.
